Many facilities that are using Events2HVAC have used internal resources for installing and setting up the software. If you have an IT person who is knowledgeable about your facilities' network(s), he or she may be able to handle installing the software and establishing communication with your scheduling software and your HVAC systems using our extensive online help and some telephone support.

If your facility is lacking in IT support, we can help you install the software remotely or come to your site to do the installation. Please click the Online and On-Site tabs above to read about these options.


Our online support can range from setting up an online meeting to show you how to implement Events2HVAC at your site, to installing the software for you remotely using VPN or screen sharing methods. This type of support can save you a lot of money over an onsite installation and setup.

Sometimes this is a good solution for troubleshooting issues that come up after you have been using Events2HVAC for a while. For example, perhaps you update your version of the software and something is lost in translation. We could help you identify the problem using online support.

If you cannot permit this type of access to your systems, or if you have more than 300 rooms that you want to control with Events2HVAC, please click on the On-Site tab above to read about our on-site installation and support.


If you are implementing Events2HVAC in 300 rooms or more, we recommend that you have a Streamside Solutions representative visit your site to help with installation, setup, and training. This option is also available for smaller sites that prefer on-site support.

On-site support is not included in the software purchase price or support and maintenance renewal like our telephone and online support. Please request a quote for on-site installation, setup, and/or training if you want to include this service. Contact our support department at (888) 320-4277.
