Both the on-premise and cloud-hosted versions of MinistryPlatform can be used with Events2HVAC.

How Events2HVAC Saves Energy, Time and Money

Events2HVAC pulls room schedules from event-management systems and lines up the next 24-hours of schedules for each room or zone. It adds pre-start and post-stop times (if desired) to ensure that rooms will be comfortable when events begin. Then it sends commands to HVAC controls to automatically control heating and cooling for each individual event.

• Automatically returning HVAC equipment to unoccupied settings between events cuts energy use 20-40% or 0.50 – 0.75 cents/sqft/year at most facilities.
